Delivery Policy

Packages may be delivered by us or by third-party courier services.
All Deliveries are subject to the following:-

• Two attempts will be made to execute the delivery.
• The delivery driver will contact the applicant prior to delivery to ensure that someone is at the address to receive the package.
• In order to prevent any delays please ensure that the address provided will have someone to receive the package.
• The person receiving the package must sign for receiving it and may be asked to take a photo.
• If there are any visible signs of damage, the customer has the right to refuse the package.
